What do I need to bring with me?

Guests staying in our two and three-bedroom cottages bring their own linens. This includes bed sheets, towels and bath mats. You may also want to bring charcoal for the charcoal grills.

What size are the beds?

Our two-bedroom cottages have two twin beds and one full bed. Three-bedroom cottages have two twin beds and two full beds. Kingdom 15 has one queen bed, one full bed and two twins.

How many people can stay in a cottage?

Our two-bedroom cottages can accommodate up to four people, three-bedroom cottages up to five people and Kingdom 15 up to six.

Are there coffee makers?

Each cottage has a drip coffee maker. Coffee is not provided so you may wish to bring your own.

What time is check-in? Check-out?

Check-in is at 1:00pm. Check-out is at 9:30am. We kindly ask that you respect our check-in and check-out times to give us enough time to prepare each cottage with care.

Are there TVs in the cottages?

At this time, Kingdom 15 is the only cottage with a TV. Guests are welcome to bring small TVs of their own for the other cottages.

What is the cancellation policy?

Reservations canceled within 12 weeks of arrival date forfeit their deposit. In the event that the cottage is rented to another guest, the deposit will be refunded less a 10% service charge.

Do the cottages have heat or air conditioning?

Each cottage is equipped with a heater for the cooler months. A window air conditioner has been placed in the main living space for your comfort.

Many guests like to bring fans for cooling their individual rooms.

What amenities do you have for fishing groups?

We offer bagged ice and gas on-site for our guest’s convenience. We also have a small tackle shop equipped with fishing necessities and nightcrawlers.

Can I launch my boat there?

Yes, you can! We have a boat launch right near the cottages along with plenty of room to store your boat trailer.

How much does it cost to dock my boat?

A dock slip costs $25 per day or $100 for the week. All dock slips have power.

Are there microwaves?

All cottages are now equipped with microwaves, along with full stoves and outdoor charcoal grills for cooking.

Can I bring my pet?

Although we love animals, our cottages are all pet-free.

Is smoking allowed?

All of our cottages are non-smoking, including the covered porches.

Do you have WiFi?

We do. We recently updated our WiFi to Starlink which we have found very reliable.
